The First Presbyterian Church Worship Arts Ministry seeks to glorify God, enhance the celebration of worship by preparing us to experience God through exciting congregational song, powerful choral and instrumental music, drama and other arts while uplifting our spirits, and strengthening us for each new day.
Our ensembles also seek to witness to the greater Rapid City community as an extension of our church’s outreach ministry.
Active involvement in the Worship Arts Ministry provides participants with the opportunity to serve Christ and his church with their talents, develop musical skills, and achieve higher levels of spiritual awareness through regular participation in worship.
